"I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in terrible condition: it had a very bad smell, was extremely hot, the walls were dirty, the bed sheets appeared unclean, and the floor was visibly filthy. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned at all. In addition, the hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but there was literally only coffee available — and to make matters worse, there were not even any cups to drink it from. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, he actually suggested that I drink the coffee from a cereal bowl, which I found completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Honestly, this was a huge disappointment and far below the minimum standards expected from a hotel stay. I truly hope serious improvements are made so future guests do not go through the same experience."
