"This is a delightful place to stay in Pontresina. Great location, close to a chairlift and multiple hiking trails. The hotel provides minibus transport from the station, which is a nice perk. All the staff were charming and super helpful, arranging a taxi to another town for us and a packed lunch for the train. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice. Next time we would like to stay more than one night, as we were very sorry to leave. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The warm hospitality made our stay especially memorable. Weโ€™d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pontresina. The most exceptional experience we had was we forgot an important bag with meaningful and irreplaceable items. House cleaning promptly informed management and Jennifer reached out to us. She then mailed the items to our next hotel and gave us the tracking number. This eased our anxieties quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip. 10/10 recommendation and will be staying there again in the future."

"We stayed in a Double Room, Balcony with Mountain View. It was a cozy, comfortable room that was well designed for function & storage. Amazing location in central Livigno with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Several restaurants in walking distance, but ended up eating dinner at the hotel. Excellent breakfast was included with our stay. Amazing friendly staff (Elios) who all had time to share a laugh & offer advice. We just wish we could have stayed longerโ€ฆ."
