I had a wonderful stay at Amber Lombok Beach Resort. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Duta, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. He is an absolute asset to your hotel. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.
Thank you to the entire team for a great experience. I look forward to returning.

Very smooth check-in, personable staff and nice rooms with good AC (it was hot outside!). Restaurant food choice was good and decent quality.
