"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Clean, efficient, utilitarian, well-equipped. While it does not have a "personal touch," it is not endeavoring to offer that. It does the job well as a convenient, reliable place to stay that is well cared for and streamlined. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property is immediately opposite Lausanne rail station and between the 2 metro stops. It is very quiet inside the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a coffee maker in the room and a carafe for water. The shower is great. The staff are all very helpful, with ideas for places to visit and transport information "

"The location is great. You can actually walk right off Platform 1 of the train station and into the hotel. It’s a little off the main street so you do hear the train a little but better than hearing people in restaurants and such. Only a few min walk to the water and stores/cafes. The room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and the self-service laundry was a nice amenity to have. "
