"The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed. "

Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. "Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das einzig negative war, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig und die Straße sehr stark befahren war."
