"Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. "
"Lovely staff could not do more. Check parties before arrival- I could not sleep past midnight one evening due to party. Room does not include breakfast which seems a little mean as it can be bought for 3-4 dollars at restaurant.

"Ok - where do I start!
The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect.
There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

"A great small boutique hotel. All staff has been attentive and detailed oriented. Like most was their breakfast. Hotel did not offer buffet but the course by course covered a lot of selections. The hotel is not located beach front but it was fine. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. "

This was a short stay, arriving in the afternoon for a flight the next morning but could have stayed here much longer. So peaceful, really unlike any airport transit hotel I have ever stayed in. We only had dinner and all had different things but all were delicious. Free transfer to the airport in the morning was exactly at the agreed time. Thank you very much for a perfect last night in Sri Lanka."
