"It was a pleasant stay. Easy parking due to not a busy roadway. Easy and fast check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room space is limited but is ok for budget hotel. Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around."

"Well done to all the hotel crew. From the entrance to the reception to the restaurant, all of them are friendly and polite. Easy check-in and check out. Love the room and the view from the balcony, (11th storey, facing Melaka Straits) are superb. We like it so much. Many choices and delicious

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. "The stay here was great for a last minute trip. The food from the bistro was amazing however the conditions of the hotel is not the best. When making a booking I saw that it was a king size bed but once checked in, I noticed its two super single bed put together. The jacuzzi and spa service was available but the jacuzzi handle was broken and they forgot to fill up so when it was my time I had to wait half an hour for it to be filled. "
