"The drive to the place had road closure at specific timing so if you are planning to go, my suggestion is pre-plan ahead because I was supposed to make it before the road closure time but my car was in a ditch on the way in. The hotel is deep in the mountains with no reception at all. I believe the people there carry satellite phones to maintain contact as it was impossible for me to even receive any signal, even in the hotel. Honestly, because of this, I am thankful that I do not have any internet connection that will disturb my holiday. I have recharged myself after months of work fatigue in just 1 night stay. As I had booked the room in summer time, I do need to highlight that the onsen in the room is prone to insects, they will crowd around the light and you'll see them floating in your onsen so if you want to soak in your own onsen, you have to remove the flies yourself, which is what I did. As for the dinner and breakfast, I enjoyed it very much. I never had such dining experience before and I would recommend to visit and stay over in pairs or groups. I was there as a solo tripper so I got a peaceful and enjoyable time but I could definitely enjoy it more with another companion next time."
"The food was one of the best. We stayed two nights. It would have been better, if we could choose to stay without meal, because we found 2 meals a day was too much."
