The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary. Every single staff member we came in contact was friendly and helpful, many going out of their way to assist us. Our arrival was especially great. When the reception staff saw my wife had mobility issues, they immediately offered us a complementary upgrade to a first floor room, which made everything so much nicer for us. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend the Springs Resort to anyone seeking a fabulous vacation. "
