The adorable child-sized bathrobe and slippers completely stole our hearts — these small but incredibly thoughtful touches made our stay extra special and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bedding was wonderfully soft and luxurious, and the high-quality bathroom amenities added an extra touch of indulgence. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection to start the day, and the staff were simply delightful — warm, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Every detail reflects how much this hotel cares about its guests and their experience. It is this level of hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail that makes a hotel truly exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hotel Bratislava to anyone visiting the city, especially families travelling with children. We would love to return! "Easy check in, they even had storage because i arrived 5 hours early. My only suggestion would be for the pods to have another light setting, it was either dark or super bright, a dimmer switch would have been nice."
