Not a good feeling

I visit 5 night with my friend and atmosphere was weirdo and akward. Biggest problem was that beach was trashy. There is a beautiful pool but not single sunbed, even the beach. If you wanna beach or poollife, avoid this hotel. Area was also really loud and noisy road was near. We felt that we were not welcome there.

Cool hotel on the beach, secluded.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Lombok. We booked the room being promised an extra roll away bed which was included in our price. However, when we got there, they tried to charge extra for one. So two of us ended up sharing a small bed. The staff was friendly, we were the only guests at the hotel which seemed a little strange. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere which made it a little difficult for food. The staff booked transportation for us to the Gili Islands one day, drove us there but never showed up to drive us back after we had already paid for the service. Word to the wise, DO NOT order the "chicken salad" on the restaurant menu. Breakfast was great though.
