"This place is excellent! It is so convenient to go to the historic center, the beach, and nearby restaurants. The condition of the place is very good although they had construction materials in the gym. The amenities were good. You get shampoo/body soap, lotion, slippers, vanity set, towels, and water! A robe would have been nice. The staff were excellent, big shout out to Lorenzo, Martina, Violeta, and Charlotta for making our stay more comfortable. The beach view cannot be beat and the gym facility is great although water and towels would have been appreciated. Thank you Crystallo team!"
"Remote location on top of a hill. Unless you have a car or are able to climb lots of stairs to return from the town not a good location. There are no food options other than the hotel’s anywhere near.
Oddly, while there is a kettle for making tea or instant coffee there are no black tea options…only herbal teas. Even after I asked the room attendant she said only herbal teas.
As an older couple without a car we felt a bit stranded. We did walk the “shortcut” to town but it was not attractive nor interesting but was necessary. "
"The property is in great condition, but the area by the historic center is pretty run down. Surprisingly, there are a few good jewelry shops and restaurants there.
The hotel is right by the port so convenient if you need to travel to other countries. The breakfast offered was excellent with many selections for pastries, fruits, cheese, bread, meat, and coffee including options for soy and almond milk. You can also get made to order eggs and pancakes.
Amenities are great, providing toiletries, robe, and slippers. Shout out to Alicia for her exquisite restaurant recommendations, what to see, and making us feel welcomed, including welcoming our service dog. Notably, you have to pay for a cleaning fee although the stay was free for our service dog. Annalisa was also helpful at checkout. "
"The rooms were great, very quiet. The hotel has many nice services on site, and the staff was outstanding. It was clear that they cared to deliver a quality stay!"
