On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she took it down. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. All the other ladies had their name displayed by the front desk. She was borderline rude and NOT helpful at all."
