Overall it was pleasant enough and near plenty of eateries & attractions. Cigarette smell is apparent in the alley to the room. Although they say each room accommodates a base of 2 guests, they will only give 1 bath towel & we had to go to the front desk to get one daily despite requesting for 2. And they wouldn’t send it to your room either. The most disappointing part was there was no water in the pool. It would have been fantastic under the scorching heat we were on! There is some notice we think near the reception but all in Korean only so I don’t know how they expect international guests to understand.

The staff accommodated for our unique arrival situation and was very understanding. The location was very good, especially if you enjoy the local food streets and wet market. We walked to the falls easily.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I like the sea view in my room. The hotel is clean and simple. However, I am disappointed that the swimming pool closed without any notification in the online platform. I was told it was closed when I check in. More, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste which make the traveler inconvenient.

Thank you for using our hotel. The swimming pool is currently under internal repair, so it did not open. Because of the Ministry of Environment's regulations on disposable products, The toothbrush and toothpaste are sold at the front desk for 1,000 won per set. Good location for local foods.

The room is spacious. Air conditioner temperature cannot set in the room. A lot of local food eateries around the vacinity. The car park is one way for in and out, with small lots, difficult for big cars.

a stressed check-in

Alegria is a hotel made for tourist not for business,Its far located from ICC convention but very close from good escenaries. beside that, once we checkin they call us back to the desk for pay an extra fee that correspond to an extra customer, that they didn't show on the booking and hotel website (even if that webpages can made the calculos for extra customers they dont use the webpage facilities). We recomend to read the small letters or call them before booking this hotel, they speak barely English.
