"Really cute and convenient to Pepe in Grani (if that is why you are visiting). Otherwise , still very convenient to the little town and the train station . Alfredo was so courteous , responsive, friendly and overall just a very nice person to deal with! We would definitely stay at Alfredo’s establishment again! His cleaning staff was also so great that they accommodated us for early checkin due to unforeseen circumstances. "

"What a beautiful hotel! This was a welcome respite from our hectic travel schedule in Italy. Set about 1 mile from the center of Pietrelcina, you feel like you are away in the heart of farm lands. The views are amazing- olive trees and rolling hills. This family run facility is top notch on service too. They cooked us a wonderful meal for dinner too. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, l'hotel ha dettagli molto curati ed è immerso in un bellissimo parco, Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante, i piatti proposti sono stati davvero ottimi come la colazione del mattino dopo che è stata assolutamente fantastica. "Some effort is required to find the property, especially in the dark, but it is worth the trouble. Quiet, beautifully set estate with a nicely maintained surroundings. Friendly management (owner) makes you feel welcome and helps with all your needs. You'll feel like at home. Five stars for sure!"

"Nice apartment. There are nice slide down shutters on all windows which helps with heat. AC works great. Only disappointing thing is having to pay for kitchen use, but minor thing for nice accommodations. "
