Lors du départ (check out) la personne responsable de l'accueil était PLUS interresé a son cell que la clientèle pris dans le portique(j'ai ouvert la porte) et j'ai reçu ma facture en insistant et jamais le recu ( toujours sur son cell) réellement une incompréhesion que la clientèle bien servie reviens ou donne des bons commentaires. le premier Confort inn avec une indifférecence face à la clientèle

Le personnel n'est pas très accueillants. A notre arrivée, au moment de payé, il y a eu un problème avec la machine de paiement et le personnel a toute suite demander si nous avions l'argent pour payer. Ce a quoi nous avons répondu que oui il y a ait de l'argent. Puis la machine a encore fait défaut et la personne nous a demandé a nouveau si nous avions l'argent pour payer. Puis finalement la troisième fois ça l'a fonctionné. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, c'était propre, mis a part le poil frisé et le long cheveux dans le bain. Cependant, il y a une odeur d'humidité, dans la chambre, sans doutes a cause du tapis au plancher. Le matelas est ferme.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some great options for such a small hotel. My cats were welcome and enjoyed the stay as much as we did.

We were there for three nights and towels were replaced after the first day, trash cans were never emptied. The second day housekeeping came in at eight am, I was not dressed and they never came back. However , I liked that it was quiet and the location was very good.

-Service à l’accueil a été parfait! -Le service pour déjeuner a été excellent! Par contre pour la chambre: plusieurs items ont été trouvés sous les deux lits. Nourritures, bas, brosse à cheveux, lunette, produit laitier, déchets, plusieurs jouets, bonbon etc. *Ce qui me confirme que le ménage ne se fait qu’à moitié. Nous avons pris des photos de l’état des lieux! Plusieurs travailleurs de la construction sont hébergés à cette Hôtel. Dans le couloir on peut y sentir l’odeur du canabis sur les deux étages!
