Simply put, THE BEST beach resort I’ve stayed in ever. There are many similar stunning resorts out there but what set Ta’Aktana apart for me was the amazing service that was consistently experienced throughout the property, from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar. Truly impressed with how warmly welcomed we were made to feel at our 5 nights. Highly highly recommended.

Fantastic stay - you wont get a more picturesque location for a resort. The breakfast is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Thanks all at Plataran! And thanks for the speed-boat rescue ;-)

Good location, close to the harbour, good interior design. Bedsheets had a few stains but was comfortable.

Food and service can be better

A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member

Overall value for money. An inconvenience is that it is a distance away from town and I had to spend IDR 50k one way to town and back. While they provide shuttle, the timings are not necessarily ideal. It will be great if they have their own in-house shuttle and can arrange for transportation any time. Also in the room I stayed, the rain shower's pressure was very low and I could not shower well standing up. Instead I had to squad to use the tap instead. While this works for me as a petite...

Walking distance from airport. Very affordable and room is spacious. Bed is comfy. Staff are helpful. Final 50m or so is on muddy path so it might be tricky if you brought wheeled luggage.

Good little hotel for a stop over, pleasant staff. Not much in the area though and very basic breakfast, no fridge in the room to store food.
