"The hostel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are fantastic, always very helpful and kind. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Komtar station. Right in front of the hostel there is a restaurant where you can eat one of the best nasi kandar dishes. The price of the hostel is very affordable. I highly recommend it, and if I ever come back to George Town, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall this hotel was great. Staff was wonderful. Only reason why we didn’t give 5* was we had an early morning flight and the room lights are controlled so no ability to get ready with lights. We had to use the lights on our phones. The power works but the main lights in the room don’t. Mildly annoying but manageable."
