The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and access public transport. Breakfast offered a limited selection. One feature I particularly appreciated was the unlimited free hot drinks and water available throughout the day, which was a really thoughtful touch and added extra value to the stay. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

Room was spacious and the fragrant scent is noticed throughout the property. "Loved this hotel. It’s in an office area twenty minutes (free) tram ride from the old town. The hotel itself is very clean, almost as new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast in the very comfortable restaurant.
