Lovely resort with beautiful grounds. Great facilities including gym, spa, guest services etc. One small frustration is the uncertainty about which restaurants and services are associated with the Gloria Golf Resort and which are associated with the Gloria Serenity. They are all so close together having contradictory rules on accessibility to one or other sets of guests

Репертуар вечернего шоу следует расширить, так как многие приезжают не первый год - не интересно смотреть одно и то же. Но в целом - Очень Хорошо.

Up and Down but overall a Bad Experience

The Hotel and its facilities are good however I encountered several very disappointing and serious issues as described below; in addition I found the food selection to be low compared to other Hotels I have visited in the region. The problems encountered during my stay are as follows: 1) Upon arrival the Junior suite was not as described in Expedia. Single separate beds were specified whereas upon arrival I was informed that no suite room of any kind had single separate beds. The Hotel blamed Expedia and vice versa. The result, I was made to wait 4 hours at reception after a long and arduous journey until a standard room was finally allocated; in effect I lost a full day as I entered the room @ 18:00 2) I was to be paid a refund for downgrading to a standard room but was awarded far less than the difference in the price of rooms displayed at the time of booking; I have raised this as a complaint with Expedia 3) The standard room allocated had a bad damp smell and my friend and I had to move to another room after 2 days 4) Last but not least and worse of all is that both of us suffered food poisoning on our last night. Hospital reports were sent as proof but these were dismissed by Gloria with a standard response received that was sent to another guest who suffered the same several years ago. Subsequent messages for updates etc. have been ignored by the Hotel. Considering you can't eat anywhere else I am dumbfounded to say the least My recommendation - STAY AWAY

Turkish Felight.

Second time at this hotel, and going again in September (golf). Overall it is excellent with attentive staff good food with plenty of choice and premium drinks. Only downer is the 'champagne' which is a very flat white wine. Could really do with using Cava.. Lovely grounds with shade and trees. Plenty of space and a beautiful beach and pier with bar.

Beautiful hotel, pools and grounds

My friends and l have just had a fantastic week's holiday. From day 1 we were wishing that we had made it a fortnight. The staff were friendly and helpful, for my birthday they arranged champagne and flowers in my room. We booked one of the a la carte restaurants to eat in and they served a special dessert and birthday cake! I had spa treatments hair, feet and nails, as well as a well stock refrigerator bar in our room. Prepared to pay excess when we booked out, l only had to pay for my spa treatments! The pools, water park and beach were spectacular, never mind the golf and local amenities in Belek. The weather was hot hot hot but everywhere air conditioners kept us cool indoors. Just arrived home and l would go back tomorrow if l could...

Superb resort

We stayed in this hotel from 19 to 23 may2017. Everything was terrific. The food was very . The all in one gloria plan allows someone to use restaurants in gloria serenity and gloria Verde. It was a successful plus. The scenaries were terrific both on the beach and in the garden. The campus of the hotel is quite big with many sports options: golf,biking,swimming, tennis,table tennis,and soccer. The inner pool and the spa services were very good.: turkish bath, 2 sauna rooms,steam room and large relaxation hall. We were in a junior suite. The room was nice ,big enough,always very clean with good view. The staff at the reception, customer relation and at all bars and restaurants were very helpful and welcoming. Our return plane was at 7pm. They gave us free late check-out till 2pm and a temporary card to enjoy the hotel till we left. That was very nice act.There is taxi service in front of the hotel and in belek town. So, don't worry about visiting the town, you can return easily to the hotel at fixed price. If you keep in mind that you go there to relax and enjoy and not mainly to do shopping, you will get a terrific vacation in a really more than 5 star hotel,maybe the best you will visit ever. You can still do some shopping at belek town 10 min away from the hotel. Or if you can pay a little more and go to terra city mall in antalya. Finally, you will surely enjoy this terrific and excellent 5-stars resort. Thank you all the staff for the excellent vacation we had.

Lovely place to visit

Lovely hotel. Great for families with kids. Has alot of kids activities and very child friendly. Service was good in the resteraunts. However, sometimes when calling from the room, there was a language barrier. The call centre did not always understand what we asked for in english. The facilities are very good. Swimming pools are big and warm. The night time entertainment at the arena was great.

Trés bon séjour dans cet hotel. Un seul regret est de ne pas avoir séjourné dans l'hotel même car après les massages ou Hammam, il faisait frais de retourner dans notre chambre située à l'extérieur.

Altid et stort smil fra hotellets ansatte, den bedste service vi har oplevet, selv SPA La Source var fantastisk med de bedste behandlinger og super rent og super service.Maden var fantastisk! Der var kun et lille minus og det var at vi boede tæt på den åbne arena og når der er koncerter der så kan du hører det om natten. Så evt. sørg for at få et værelse væk fra Arenaen. Mht. golfen skal man huske at booke i god tid, og Gloria Old Course er ok, men ikke mere.
