They didn’t offer me a little bit late check out I checked in on the first day so late at 11 pm and i paid for the full day but they wouldn’t offer me late check out on the 8th of September wich i just asked them to let me check out at 3pm instead of 12pm

Very good family hkliday

New refurbished hotel with friendly staff very helpful and the food is high end. Quality all inclusive hotel, food is fresh and tasty, drinks all varieties available.

Das Hotel ist für Familien mit kleinen Kinder geeignet. Für Single oder Paar ohne Kinder nicht so. Da es wirklich sehr viele Kinder hat kann man die Ruhe nicht geniessen. Essen war vielseitig. Personal immer freundlich.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Pour un rixos le service le restaurant l’amabilité du personnel à part la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli et zineb ❤️(relation client prise de rdv pour la navette) y’a rien qui va . Pour le prix je vous conseille d’aller au Akra à Antalya qui lui est exceptionnel

Ons verblijf in het hotel was over het algemeen goed, maar er waren een aantal punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn. Op de vierde verdieping van het hoofdgebouw was geen airco in de hal, waardoor we telkens door een lange, benauwde gang moesten lopen terwijl het buiten rond de 40 graden was – dit was erg onaangenaam. Daarnaast was het drinken nooit goed gekoeld; we moesten steeds om extra ijsblokjes vragen om het enigszins verfrissend te maken. Het eten was over het algemeen goed, maar het fruit viel tegen qua kwaliteit. Hoewel er een ruime keuze aan baklava was, was deze nooit mooi goudbruin gebakken en de smaak liet helaas te wensen over. Wel goed schoon hotel en mooi.

Memnun kaldık

Yemekler, personel ve temizlikten son derece memnun kaldık. Kapalı havuzdan duşa, tuvalete ya da odanıza geçmek için açık havaya çıkmak yazın sorun olmaz ama Nisan ayında biraz üşüdük. Land of Legends erişimi olması güzel ama sadece 18.30'da tek dönüş servisi olması sıkıntılıydı. 16.30 civarı bir servis daha olmalıydı. Keyifli bir otel. Tekrar gidebiliriz.

Marvelous hotel

Wonderful stay. Buildings are quite old. Communal areas relatively small for a huge hotel, I wonder how it looks like during summer season. Pre-heated swimming pools indoors and outdoor are amazing. Food is really delicious and variable suits all tongues. We enjoyed the stay for 4 nights.

Staff are really friendly, customer service is very good. Great for family holiday. Great access to beach. The pool area is amazing. Food is good. It would be great to eat at other restaurants in the hotel as part of all inclusive which other resorts offer. Loved our family room, which was very spacious and had a sea view. Standard of room service cleaning was not always consistent. Mini bar was restocked everyday at no additional cost. The land of legends access that is part of the cost is also a bonus. Building could do with upgrading, which you can see is happening slowly.
