Very bad, not even close for what you show in your add and offers. Very disappointed leave early not even stay all days what I pay for, try to change room or ask for some refound, no any response.

The hotel and grounds were excellent. Largest and cleanest pool I have ever seen. A few of the staff members were in my opinion a little rude but the majority were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend

Literally one of the biggest rip off’s ever! Booked a 4 night stay for my 27th birthday and I almost wish we had stayed at home - it would’ve been better. Firstly they charged us £600 for 4 nights as we thought it was worth paying “a little extra” to have a great place to stay, but then it turns out the booking was made only for 1 person so once we got to the hotel we had to pay an additional £400!!! That’s £1,000 for only 4 days!! The hotel was 5* probably 20 years ago as it’s certainly not that way today at all! It smells awful inside, everything is old and in desperate need of renovation, the staff barely speaks English! Not to mention they’re extremely unreliable; my boyfriend asked reception to call a nearby fine dining restaurant in order to book a table for my birthday and on the day of my birthday he went to double check with them and they had forgotten to book - almost ruined my birthday! Not to mention the food, it was awful and bland and had no taste whatsoever. We couldn’t wait to wake up just to get out of there and eat elsewhere, so ended up having our meals outside the hotel every day even though it was all inclusive. Never spent this amount of money to feel this disappointed. I honestly hope Expedia will do something about this - it’s unfair to their clients and a huge huge rip off. We honestly felt conned and I’ve been a loyal Expedia customer, booking multiple holidays through them for years. Please don’t stay if here under any circumstance!!

Overall it was a great vacation. Staff are nice and try to be helpful but most of them are young and they appear over worked. They hardly smile. The hotel shows its age and desperately needs a lot of repair and updates. To call it a 5 star would not be fair to other resorts near by. I would give it a high 3 star resort. Also all rooms are non smoking but neither the guests nor the staff cares if any one smokes. I must have lost a few years of my life due to second hand smoking.

—You dont need to wonder what is for dinner because its always same food. —there is no animation, staff doesn’t speak english but they do speak kurdish —hotel is kind of old and it needs to be re builded already — i have actually met with a lifeguard who does not know how to swim and its not my guessing, he said he does not know and he was not joking.. —drinks are bad quality.. — its not a group company hotel, this place would be a lot more better if they manage it well.. — all next door hotels are better than this one.. — water pressure in the shower was bad. — we had problems opening room doors everyday — ac is not working good enough for sure.. Bad management+old hotel I would not go back here again!!

Starting with the food an beverages, the first thing we will do is to let our kitchen know about your feedback, inviting them to survey their menu for enriching the content. Even though we are a family hotel, we try to diversify our activities for all ages group. However, it is obvious that we should work more on that. We are aware of the language barriers that some of our staff face. We would like to let you know that we actually going to start in-house language courses for the staff soon. Hopefully, we will also overcome this problem for our guests. Special thanks for your feedback about lifeguards. The safety of our guests is even more important than their satisfaction. We will immediately organize an investigation to examine the swimming knowledge of lifeguarding staff and eliminate those who fail. Moreover, we are also aware that some of our rooms' air condition needs to be maintained. In this regard, we are working very hard from the beginning of the season. We are repeatedly making in-house callings to check if there is any problem, then as we detect a room with air-con problem, we quickly fix it. By now, we assume there are only a few lefts to be maintained as most of our guests give more and more positive feedbacks about air-conditioning. We work hard and we will make sure that there will be no more problem with the climate of the hotel before the season ends. It's apparent that we fell short to make you happy at Spice Hotel & SPA. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely yours.

the Pools are very nice and Big the Hotel need renovation , and the Main restaurant quality is not like any other 5 star All inclusive Hotels I visit in Antalya

Amazing experience. We had an early check-in and they upgraded the room without our request. Our one day stay was perfect with Spice Hotel & Spa and they just kept suprising us with there service.

Otel is very good and clean, staff smilling and interesting, swimming pool big, sauna, Turkish bath,steam room and Spa are very well, breakfast, lunch and dinner we love and enjoy it. A variety of dishes and delicious, i advice to come and stay that hotel. Price and quality ratio is very well. We will come again.

Not As Advertised!
DO NOT STAY HERE! The food and drinks were good and some of the staff was friendly and helpful, BUT the bad outweighs the good. They refused to turn the air conditioning on even on warm days and the room was uncomfortably warm at night. They closed the outside nightclub after it rained a few days and it stayed closed even though it warmed back up. They also removed all the beach lounge chairs. The cinema never had anything going on in it. This place is NOT AS ADVERTISED and was boring. They kept the stairway lights off from the lower parking lot, making the loose steps even more unsafe. They will do anything to save money and don’t care about customer complaints. After pointing out all the issues, they still refused to give us a refund for the remainder of our planned stay, so we could go to a better place.

Check in took a lot of time at night. Rooms are not clean and room service is the worse, needed to keep asking for water and towels. The AC didn’t work. We could hear all the noises from other rooms. WiFi is crap really. The gym is good and spacious and the spa is good. The food is so so. The stews are very good the rest not much. The pool is big and the staff at the pool are nice and hospitable. Lots of games and effort is made to entertain. The staff that assisted us in the reservation and making certain last minute changes for a big group like ours was very well appreciated and they were helpful and friendly. All in all, the value for money is considered good but I wouldn’t come back here again.
