The resort was very clean and well maintained. A serene environment. Beautiful room and private peaceful pool. The sounds of the waterfalls and birds truly kept me grounded.
The staff was exceptional from even before I arrived communication was so great. They were beyond kind and accommodating. I cannot wait to return.

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool.
Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu.
This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back.
For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

Beautiful greenary and well maintained property.
Amenities in the room needs improvement. No iron and no ironing board. Value for money is not there. If we stay in any normal 5 star hotel you get all items. We do not have to ask.
For the price being charged better amenities exoected.

What a lovely place, super clean and very quiet. The entire staff are wonderful. You can rent onsite motorbike which is really appreciate. It’s a pure joy to ride a motorbike in the mountain in the area. Around 2 km from the hotel.
