"BAthrooms should have some sort of venting system, hot and humid everything stayed damp. Expected better food, below standard's compared to other RIU properties i've stayed at. Staff for the most part was very friendly. Not sure why but had to ask for Wash Cloths everyday, they were not delivered when towels were exchanged. Pool was very nice and always clean but feel it closes to early. Beach was always clean with beautiful views. Construction started way too early 6:00 AM"

Staff is the absolute gem of the resort- from the housekeeping, servers, bartenders, activities, bathroom asst. food prep you name it each and all with a smile and most delighted to be there. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Entertainment bonuses using both resorts as talent varies. All restaurants including Buffett and specialty were excellent. Did not go to casino- used concierge for excursion and transportation booking and all was amazing. "
