"Fue una experiencia inolvidable. Las habitaciones están increíbles, muy bonitas, con vistas espectaculares. El staff te hace sentir como en casa. Daniel se encargó de que no faltara nada y estuvo disponible 24 horas. El chef Cali, al saber que somos mexicanos, nos personalizó nuestro menú a comida mexicana. "Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....
