This hotel isn’t an excellent stay what so ever especially for the price. The breakfast selection isn’t all that great.The room needs a lot of maintenance (clean the doors remove worn out mirrors the the paint job is terrible and the most simplest thing no washing cloth) and you can’t take breakfast back to your room… and also like to add that. The room next to me was being remodeled they were banging on the wall all day as if my room wasn’t being occupied. I did complain and they stopped the laborer(s) …. This place have a lot of potential but bakajai is way way better place to stay… the staff is great very professionally

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Stand out staff, were Michael at the bar, Ibrahim at the pool and Haruna on security, all of them went above and beyond. I would stay again.

Great location and everything was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and we absolutely loved the swim-up room. But best of all were all the staff, who were friendly, extremely helpful and went out of their way to make the stay feel truly special. Highly recommend and I shall return only to this hotel in Gambia !

The hotel is very clean & spotless the staff are so polite & friendly, our housekeeper Badjar (not sure if the name is spelt correctly) was amazing, such a polite man & cleaned our room to a very high standard. The pools where lovely & clean, a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel right by the beach. We were upgraded to a room connected to the pool (which was very appreciated! Would recommend splurging on this option). Friendly staff. Food was ok. The spa was pretty good and affordable (although, they were over 30 min late one day). As soon as you step out of the hotel, people will approach you to try to sell something (excursions, fruit etc.).

Overall the staff stood out for me, they worked very hard with what they had, they were always polite and went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable and happy. As for the hotel, I was very disappointed that the gym was out of use( one of the main reasons I chose that hotel) however you were given a voucher to use another hotel that was 10mins walk away, that wasn’t appealing to me, as I wanted the convenience of doing my workout then shower and breakfast, it was a tight window for my routine to flow. The sower was disappointing as there were irrigation issues, the water kept backing up, it wouldn’t drain away quickly, I did report it several times, they did try to rectify it with a plunger but it was temporary. Another important point, security needs to be stepped up as a man managed to enter the hotel and scammed me out of 400 delassi( their currency) so be very careful if someone approaches you with a hard luck story about running out of petrol and having to take his mother to the hospital.. he spoke very good English . So be careful!

Great hotel, great location, staff were most helpful. Superb breakfast. Has a sports bar.with.premier league, champions league etc. Next to a great beach bar and near to Samba's Kitchen and Irish bar.

The place is very nice, but cleanliness & welcome staff needs some improvements: 1- The Towels need to change; Put them against the light you'll spot some strange marks (seems not properly washed). 2- My wife and I had different plans for 2 days (me: business), the Welcome Staff refused to give us 2 cards for the first 3 days, making our plans a bit harder.
