Das Hotel war eine Familien/Strandhotel mit Küche d.h. Zimmerservice kam nur am Schluss des Aufenthalts, WC Papier und Seife musste man beim bei der Reception verlangen. Nichtsdestotrotz hat das Hotel komfortable Betten und die Reception war sehr nett.

1 bedroom, 4 adults.
Booked 1 bed apartment for 4 adults. Me & boyfriend, with my mum & dad. Very helpful staff at the hotel. We didn't manage to learn much French but we got by with Google translate. The hotel did have a teeny issue where they had to turn off the water overnight for 2 nights, & the sign notifying about it was only in French ... But serves us right for not learning the lingo! Easy towel exchange at Reception. Excellent air con in apartment, which was a godsend. Tidy apartment. Slightly awkward pull-out sofa design but we got used to it. The bedding didn't come with duvet covers or pillow cases, which was odd. Only got sheets. Not sure if thats a standard thing? Only real negative was that the bathroom was en suite, which meant we had to walk through my parents bedroom every time we needed to use it. Had assumed it would be a normal separate bathroom. Pool was lovely and not too busy. Lovely bakery right next to the hotel. Excellent for morning pastries & lunch pizzas! Nice short 10min stroll to the beach - call ahead & book the beach bar sunloungers, totally worth it. Sete itself was gorgeous. We did two boat trips from the main town, 3 hour kayak trip, & drove up Mont St Claire to watch the sun set. Odalys hotel was the perfect base for all this as 2 frequent buses service the beach & town (3 & 9). Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel
Was very pleased with our stay. The hotel was great value for what we paid and had free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a good size, plus they serviced it daily. Would stay here again. Only downsize is that it is a ways from downtown and a bit of a walk to restaurants.

Nice new apartment, friendly staff and beach!
I was staying for a 1 night business trip, the welcome was very friendly. The apartment was new and very nice. I loved having the extra room compared to a lot of my usual hotels, it was very comfortable. Nice distance from the beach too, to have a nice walk and few restaurants on the beach. Liked it so much, I stayed a second night. I went in low season but would highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel but NO WHERE near where the Expedia site says it is on the map. So if you are looking to stay in the main downtown area of Sete, where the EXPEDIA MAP says it is...book another hotel. Otherwise check another site to find out where this is to make sure it what you want. It did not have air conditioning when we were there but they were installing it for the future. It can can muggy with out it. We were told, when I figured out it was in a different spot from the map, that it was about a mile from the main part of Sete and the Train Station...it is actually over 3 miles....not something you would walk. But they have a great bus system. Don't use cabs as they are very expensive. $20 from the train station for a 3 mile drive.

The hotel is in a new area nothing around it, it's about 1 kilometers from the beach and has No Air Conditioning It's a new building but very basic

Bad service, bad experience in Sete.
Brand new hotel that was listed online to be in the center of town. It was not, at least 12Km away in the middle of a construction zone, 300m from the beach. WiFi did not work, my first room had trash bags filled with trash before they moved me but I couldn't call down because there are no phones in the rooms. Only way to get to centreville is via the bus which doesn't come regularly in the evening or walking which would take about an hour. The hostess was of no help to try and give advice on the town as wellm Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in around 10 years. Huge disappointme t.

Souvenirs qui ne sera pas très bon…
-Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement. Nous reprochons la porte communicante qui fait que l’isolation sonore n’existe pas. Nous entendons tout ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre de nos voisins ! -Quand on se met devant la clim, une très mauvaise odeur émane de cette dernière, en ouvrant le capot, on s’aperçoit que le filtre n’a jamais été nettoyé. Il y a environ 2 cm de poussière et l’intérieur éclairé avec le flash du téléphone apparaît avec énormément de moisissures. C’est quand même inadmissible de ne pas faire entretenir les climatisations. -pour couronner le tout, des gens pas comme les autres (pour ne stigmatiser personnes) sont venus à 6, 2 adultes et 4 enfants à la piscine, ils se sont jetés à l’eau habillée, on fait partir de la piscine tous les occupants en faisant des bombes, éclaboussant tout le monde, en chantant sans aucun respect des autres personnes, un adulte a même pris un transat il a mis en plein dans le passage on ne pouvait plus faire le tour de la piscine…. Il fume et ensuite ils sont repartis tranquillement en sortant de l’eau habillé directement. Ils sont repartis dans leur chambre en trempant tout le chemin de la piscine à la chambre, c’est-à-dire les couloirs, l’accueil etc. Peu de temps après des voisins à eux sont venus à l’accueil se plaindre, mais ces gens n’ont pas été inquiété par le personnel et ont gâché un bon moment de dizaine de clients de l’hôtel…

Flott leilighetshotell
Flott plass med basseng. Buss nr 3 fra Sete togstasjon stopper rett utenfor. Fin vei ned til strand og flott Lidel butikk rett bortenfor. Toget går rett fordi, så om du irriterer deg på slikt kan det være kjedelig. Hvis ikke så er det helt topp

Accueil de qualité, personnel souriant et serviable merci. Établissement propre dans l’ensemble. Chambre 2 pièces cabine très confortable. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuné qui n’est pas assez varié mais bon et le balcon côté route + chemin de fer invivable dommage.

Après avoir réservé, j'ai contacté l'hébergement pour m'assurer que nous n'aurions pas des lits "jumeaux" car en relisant l'annonce, on mentionnait des lits "gigogne" et j'ignorais ce que c'était. On m'a alors rassuré sur ce point. Toutefois, à notre arrivée sur place, nous avions deux lits jumeaux collés ensemble ce qui est très désagréable. Il fallait payer un supplément pour avoir des serviettes; première fois de ma vie que je vois ça! Deux petits oreillers avec aucun autre disponible dans le placard. Fixture du plafond menaçait de tomber et plusieurs accrocs à la finition ici et là qui donnait un côté "vétuste" à l'endroit. Le personnel était courtois et très accueillant mais dans la chambre; pas de serviette, pas de petit savon ou petit shampoing, des cafetières mais pas d'échantillon de café. Je suis terriblement déçu. J'ai parlé de la fixture chancelante à la réception et ils m'ont offert d'envoyer un technicien mais j'ai demandé à ce qu'ils attendent mon départ. Le chauffe serviette dans la salle de bain était physiquement endommagé lui aussi et la douche était très désagréable à utiliser, si on ne faisait pas "très attention", il y avait de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Je serai plus vigilant à l'avenir et ne retournerai sûrement plus jamais à cet endroit.
