Very clean and modern and the facilities are great (bar, restaurant, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room). Staff are friendly and helpful. 20 minute stroll into Kendal. Will definitely be back. "I can honestly say that the time I spent at your hotel was an absolute pleasure. Although it was a short stay of 3 days I could not fault any part of the time I stayed there? Cleanliness 10:10 staff 10:10 food 10:10 although I would like to give an extra point to the lady in charge of the dining room who went over the top to help me as I am slightly disabled?She took my luggage to my room and brought breakfast to me? It is things like that which makes a difference to recommending a hotel from a good score to a brilliant score? Thanks to everyone involved?"
