Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Clean, comfortable, welcoming and warm. Excellent communication from staff re checkin etc.. and quick to respond. We arrived in the dark and would just say the ‘main’ entrance wasn’t very clear as very little lighting, so I think that is the only thing to improve really.
