"Overall not worth the cost while the bed and location were great. Shower was not up to the quality stated. Lotion and body lotion dispensers were not working. No cosmetic mirror or place as there was no counter near the mirror. Breakfast coupons did not align with the stated luxury status. "

"The room was very spacious and had a great view. We only were disappointed in lack of professionalism in staff. At the breakfast, we found the young employees hogging a coffee machine, chitchatting. No regard to guests who paid for the breakfast, not as a part of their fringe benefits (I am assuming that staff can eat the same breakfast as guests at this hotel?). Only driveway to the parking was extremely steep and scary. A lot of water damage in the room and building. Very awkward building structure (“new” addition to the existing building?). Overall, it was a pretty nice experience except the young employees prioritizing their breakfast needs over paying guests."
