"Overall all is good everything "

"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We made it work for one night only because we didn’t want more stress, and let our 3-year-old sleep with us. Later, my kids played in the yard with the owner’s grandkids. They accidentally lost a soccer ball during a game, and the owner got angry, accusing us of damaging his property. How is this a family-friendly place if kids aren’t even allowed to play without being blamed? When we returned to the room late at night, there was no hot water, and no one around to help.
