"The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place...

"This beautiful hotel sits in a valley surrounded by gorgeous mountains and right across from a beautiful river at the foot of high mountain cliffs. The setting alone is worth the price but the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very attentive and the food very good. "At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "We had a truly wonderful stay at Nido del Cóndor! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel so welcome—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. The breakfast staff also stood out with their warmth and attentiveness. Each morning started with a smile and delicious options, all served with care and attention to detail. We felt very looked after throughout our stay, as though we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
