"This property is well maintained, the units have everything you need, extremely comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee every morning from the on-site coffee van. It is located in a quiet area in Agnes Waters, with only a short drive to 1770. Close enough to walk to the beach. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone and we will be staying here again when we return. "

"Great house, but no ability to make coffee. No beach towels or beach chairs, despite a beach right there. No instructions for anything in or around the house. There was a pool in the large complex that we never could find. How to get to the beach was a mystery we solved, but with no help. House was otherwise nice & well-equipped; managers no help with anything. "
