"Newer Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean. Close to I-77, lots of shopping, markets, restaurants and fast food.
Breakfast was continental but has more than the usual selections. Yogurt with various topping, milk/cereal, Oatmeal. hard boiled eggs, individual wrapped muffins. Whole Fruits, and Bagels. Also, a microwave in the lobby store to use.
We enjoyed the large parking lot. Comfy beds. AC was strong. Ice machine and water station on first floor. There was only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel, so there was a wait to use it. We ended up driving out to a laundromat. There is a small fitness area, which we did not use. It would of been nice if there was a pool to use. We stayed for 7 days for the soapbox derby and it was the best decision made to stay here."
"They charge your card if you check in after 4pm which is ridiculous. The breakfast is lacking, coffee didn't work, juice was out. Room door was stuck shut and had to replace our key cards each day. The lights in the room didn't work."
"Our stay was pretty good. The front desk was amazing.
My only issue is that 2 days in a row they did not refill our towels and we had to ask for more from the front desk
Not that the staff would know but, we were in town for a big music festival so when we get back at midnight from a long day of mosh pits, sitting in the dirt and everything that goes with a metal festival. Fist thing we wanted to do was shower.
2 of the 3 days of the festival as I'm getting ready to shower we have no towels.
Of course, this is only a minor inconvenience.
Let's move to the positives,
Breakfast is by far the best I've had at any hotel I've stayed at.
Omlets, waffle bar, fresh fruit. It was all so good.
Small gym was also nice to have access to."
