I would like to thank you for staying with Seymour Motel and for your comments to make us better every day. Please allow me to explain more clearly about the motel's early check-in policy as follows: normally as I have informed you from the beginning, the general policy for all customers is $15/hour for early check-in. And we were very flexible, only collecting your fee 1 hour instead of 2 hours. (In fact, in the past, we didn't collect 1-2 house early check-in if the room was clean but there were a cuútomer who came early and and he could check in early and text time he came back early and didn't notify us. As a result, he had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in and they were very upset and had bad comments about us). So in order to prevent the above cases to be proactive in serving customers, we have to charges for early check-ins.
