"I’ve been staying at Park Hotel since 2007. It’s a nice, cozy place, with excellent value for the money. Very quiet for being situated in the middle of the city. Nice surrounding park. Free private parking. It’s been constantly upgraded, but not really up to date. Breakfast is not included, it’s pricey and lacking. The restaurant menu is surprisingly poor. "

When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. "Raddison blu, was everything I expected and more. Staff were so kind and helpful, they gave us some very good advice of where to go for New Years Eve. Breakfast was delicious and had variety for everyone, from cooked omelets to cereals. Smoothies, fresh fruit and not to forget the pancakes with chocolate for the children. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a prime location, wish we had more time there to explore. Would recommend and stay again. "
