"Excellent property with a large, comfortable, clean room. Loved the location in Townsend, the peaceful side of the Great Smokey Mountains! Access to the national park was quick and convenient. We loved our stay here and enjoyed excellent coffee at the Artistic Bean and dinners at The Abbey and Peaceful Side Social, all within walking distance from the property."

Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't."
