"Beautiful bungalows with access to a semi private pool, very clean BUT!: the room cannot be made dark and you will wake up with the first sunshine. Furthermore, the quality of the beds including the Bad linen is not good. Why too big hard pillows instead of giving the customer of choice between one card and one soft pillow? Why are the bedsheet not made of real cotton?
Breakfast is good, but not very good. Staff in the breakfast area are not friendly. If you like to stay after checkout a bit...

"Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows."

"Great location right in the City center, walkable distance to major sightseeing places. Immaculate apartment, great customer service, spacious rooms. Outstanding communication from the Manager Sevil - she always responded to our inquiries very quickly, provided support, made us feel valuable guests. When we go to Baku next time, Leyla Appointments will definitely be our number one choice."
