"I would give it 1 star for the quietness, thats all."

"Room was pretty dirty. Had stains on almost all pillow cases, sheets, and blankets. There was garbage and candy wrappers behind and underneath the pull out couch. Visibly dirty spots/stains on the toilet seat that I had to personally clean off with Clorox wipes and the shower floor had dirt and grime on it. Staff was helpful and got our shuttle set up for very early in the morning which we appreciated. Front desk person also brought us out some breakfast items even though the continental breakfast didn’t officially begin until 6 am. The pool was fun for the kids but there were parts of the sitting area roped off with random construction materials sitting everywhere. Overall it was okay for what we needed but definitely would not stay there again. "

"Listen is this the nicest hotel in Cleveland? No. Is it the worst? Also no. Bed was ridiculously comfortable, front desk was helpful. Things are worn but for the price what do you expect. It’s up on a lil hill with a gas station and a winking lizard bar and grill walking distance away. I will stay here again"

"One word sums up this hotel: MAGNIFICENT!!! The rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Not your typical waffles and bagels, but rather fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this hotel is first class, and the price was about half of what one would expect for a hotel of this quality. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the area. "

"The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"

"If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing around an Aldi cart full of trash bags. The process of trying to get a refund, since we left immediately, has been nothing short of a disaster. We were charged $180 and now we cannot get in contact with the hotel as they will not answer their phone and have no voicemail set up. If your only choice was to stay here or sleep in your car, your car would be a 5 star Hilton compared to this hotel.... Any review in the year of 2026 that is positive is 1000% the management trying to save their butts and is 1000% a lie. @CDC shut this hotel down."
