"The staff were very unpleasant, the parking area was ridiculous and most nights a back up parking area was used by us because large trucks had taken up the parking area close to the hotel. One morning at 6:30am I was woke by hearing a man arguing loudly with a woman and this continued until around 7:30am. It was actually very intimidating and not the best way to wake up. Regarding the staff they could not have cared less about us staying at the hotel and didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked by as we were coming and going and only spoke when we were leaving at the end of our week long stay. "

"line was long at check-in, and then my room wasn't ready. I had to move my car 3 times from lot to garage to lot to unload then back to garage. was offered that I could sit by the pool until the room was ready but was not offered anywhere to change. the dishwasher in my unit didn't work. a woman I was traveling with had her wallet stolen at the pool by other guests. "

"It could have been the poorest breakfast offering we've ever seen. Also, our trash was over-flowing after three days and "we have NO housekeeping". So....."

"All of the staff members were great, especially in the breakfast room. But, speaking of the breakfast room - subpar food selection at best. Parking can be very difficult in a larger vehicle. Location and beach view were nice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"First let me say the staff was GREAT VERY HELPFUL COURTEOUS THEY GET A A+ The hotel itself can definitely use some upgrades, the breakfast is horrible no fresh fruit, coffee not great the standard waffle that you make yourself no toppings other than syrup. Eggs looked to be powdered eggs although I am pescatarian and don’t eat sausage others traveled with me did and it appeared not done was not browned…only pork option. I did have an issue. The last two nights one was a noise complaint of two individuals fighting in their room and in the hallway, although others walked by, as if they were scared they never stopped at the front desk to complain. I did otherwise and calm down the front desk took care of it right away as I said the staff was great. The next issue was that evening I walked out of my room to a man slumped down on the floor sleep startled me. I don’t know if he even belonged at the hotel the front desk also took care of that issue right away as I had to teenage girls. My daughters with me and I would have hated for them to come back to the room and this man to be sitting outside of my room on the side. The pool can use some updating also as a suggestion to put a couch inside of the rooms rather than the little round table with two chairs for seating as the rooms are big enough for a little love seat . The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. I was able to try to use it as a white noise to fall asleep too, though."
