It is a clean place with friendly personnel and good customer service. But when I was watching TV in the room at night, some channels were disconnected for a short time and I had to wait for the service to return to normal. Also you can’t use a International credit card such as Visa or Mastercard to pay for the meal in the dining hall.

三清山希尔顿度假酒店地理位置绝佳，步行几分钟就能到外双溪索道，非常适合计划游玩三清山的家庭。虽然设施因开业较早有些岁月感，但服务在线，加上充满地方特色的餐饮和厚道的升级政策，让这趟家庭旅行住得舒适又省心。下次若再来，一定要补上泳池的体验！

Saya di charge 2x dari hotel.com saya sudah bayar sampai di hotel saya dimintakan bayar lagi. Saya sudah berusah menjelaskan ke hotel kalau saya sudah bayar di hotel.con tapi mereka tidak mau mengerti dan tetap kinta saya bayar. karena saya buru2 harus hiking sanqingshan terpaksa saya bayarkan dulu dan mau complain belakangan. akan tetapi tidak ada balasan sama sekali dari hotel. Tolong bantu proses double charge saya. saya sdh berusaha ke hotel.com dan ke hoel Hilton akan tetapi tidak ada balasan sama sekali. Ke hotel.com pun tidak ada kontak yang bisa saya hubungi. Comfortable hotel

The hotel is located near the southern gate of the mountain site which looks abandoned, many shops are closed, the main entrance seems to have moved to the Northern gate, easier access going up the mountain. Still quite a few restaurants are operating near hotel, few are of quality. The hotel is comfortable up to the general level of quality expected.
