The staff was consistently professional, warm, and attentive. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. "Todo estuvo de acuerdo a lo que uno espera de un Hotel de esta categoría. Tuvimos un problema con el Control de la calefaccion de la Habitación, y nos ofrecieron un Upgrade de habitación. El desayuno, es muy completo y de buena calidad, pero no tan completo como en otras oportunidades"

"The area around the hotel, with the ocean and the walking/biking path, is breathtaking. Front desk staff speaks good English, very helpful and accommodating as I changed rooms to get a love seat. Restaurant is excellent, 25 percent off for guests, waiter we kept getting was so pleasant (wish I got a name). Room was good, great view, Climate control a little strange, set the same across the hotel. Bring your own tissues. Good shower, comfortable bed. Lots of things available in the room to be charged for but not overly pricey. Enjoyed breakfast, different breads, eggs cooked to request. Didn't have a car, took Uber everywhere. Hotel is definitely recommended. "

"This property is conveniently located, offers a reasonably varied breakfast, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Excellent water pressure. But the standout feature is the staff. They are so kind and helpful, trying hard to accommodate every need. They really made our stay a pleasant one, especially given that we had to land at this hotel at the last minute when our Airbnb didn’t work out. Bonus: they are pet friendly! Things to know: The hallways can be a bit noisy and the doors close very loudly Beds are firm (typical for the region)"
