"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "4 good sized bedrooms, very convenient to have the shower rooms and 1 bedroom on the ground floor as my mother would not have managed the stairs. Great facilities with lots of nice touches making it excellent value."

"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. "It was ok breakfast ok it was a shame when we went for breakfast that a lot of the tables sill had dirty breakfast plates and cups so hard to find a table that was clean I was disappointed to find that I had booked weeks in advance and I could have saved myself a hundred pounds if had book on the day we arrived or last minute so overall it was just ok "

"Friendly front of house, which dealt with our check in quickly and professionally.. The room was adequate, clean and bright.. Breakfast here is to die for..It carers for all tastes.. The lovely chef was chatty and interesting to talk to.. The only thing that I would say is that some of the fruits for breakfast had run out and they still hadn't been replaced by our third day . Overall I would recommend a stay here ."
