The hotel had published wrong info on the Expedia website. They don’t have a private beach and the beach is 15 mins away, not three minutes away. There was no room service and the restaurant is in the hotel next door and not within the property.

Accommodating our travels. Our Labrador went he had a beautiful time who is nearly 8 years old. The staff are so friendly towards Noah. A dog loving hotel. We booked a sea view room which was fantastic, we stayed an extra night. The double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together and the used dirty towels not refreshed the second day, just picked up and rehung. All the other facilities were great, dinner and take out are serviced from the hotel next door. I would recommend a visit to the retro gaming room in the other hotel next to the pool. The outdoor pools are not available until May. The path to the beach no longer exists but you do get a free weeks pass to Shanklin Chine next door which is a lovely walk down.
