"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a lot of charm. The bathroom was small, but adequate. The shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. It’s a very old building which is part of its charm. One issue.. They were having construction work done and all the parking was roped off. It started the day before we checked out. We should have been informed of where to park. One of the construction team directed us. Other than that, our stay was delightful.."

The yogurt was expired. We had hot water but heard a lot of complaints at the front desk that some people had no hot water. The cable and internet was out for a night. "

"We have stayed here previously and liked that it is clean, reasonably priced and easy to get to. We only stayed one night while traveling but we had no issues or problems. Nice continental breakfast and staff nice!"

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the price they are charging, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and quality, but this place fell far below even the minimum standards. The rooms were poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. It felt neglected and far from the “premium” experience the pricing suggests. Basic amenities were either missing or in bad condition, and nothing about the stay justified the high cost. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was underwhelming, and it was clear that little effort is put into maintaining quality or guest satisfaction. For what you pay, you can find far better options elsewhere. I would not recommend staying here unless prices drop significantly or major improvements are made. As it stands, it is simply not worth the money."
