"Apartment needs a microwave. Also quality of housekeeping is very inconsistent - sometimes no soap replenished, sometimes bin not cleared, sometimes dishes not washed. Also need to stock up utensils - more spoons/forks, no tea spoons, no butter knife, no steak/fish knives. "

"We loved our stay in here. Property manager and front desk staff were very helpful. We had our tour guide. ditched us but the hotel staff was able to create a spontaneous tour plan for us for reasonable price. Thank you Abhisekh and Bay for all the help. "

"check in to hotel but booking unable to find and room was fully booked, have to move to another hotel at last minute, next day said found the booking but sorry not going to move back to Yado. Anyway get back the refund."

"The room was booked and paid for through Expedia with receipts. They failed to check me in. I even asked to just start a new booking so I could at least go and sleep while he tried to work it out. In the end I had to go to another hotel."

"I would not class it as a 5 start hotel. There were issues with elevators, so it always took ages to get one. Breakfast - super basic and pastries not always fresh. Two nights I had sudden weird sounds come very loud - one was the internet related, other not even sure what. It would wake you up, that’s how loud it was. "
