"Everything at this hotel was amazing. If you’re booking one of the A La Carte restaurants, the Waterfall restaurant (Mongolian) is a good pick. The staff were amazing especially M Hamdi who works in the buffet and also Mohammed, they made me and my family feel very welcome. "Hotel was really good. We stayed at the royal savoy which is more private and more adult friendly than the normal savoy which allowed kids. We had a lovely service from the staff, breakfast was quite good and the quality of the food and beverages was really good including the free wine and beer included in our rate. Highly recommend it!"
