Se non cambia, NON ci tornerò mai più. Cibo quasi pessimo. Bevande limitate. Personale, Buonaparte poco attento. Manutenzione e pulizia zero. Split dei condizionatori, con filtri "super sporchi luridi" ci siamo presi un bel mal di gola. Il dirigente dice che ogni mese li puliscono. Se fosse possibile allegherei foto. Servizi igienici, da sostituire. Ristorante, limitato nei posti, alcune sere, abbiamo dovuto attendere x cenare. Bevande, alla spina succhi liofilizzati. I secondi di carne o pesce, a dosi limitate, se chiedi di più " stortano il naso. In conclusione, certo per il costo che abbiamo speso, 300 € 7 GG puo andare. Avrei speso volentieri di più. Ma, le recensioni, le foto e i filmati, hanno ingannato. Mi meraviglio che, le agenzie si web, non verifichino la realtà. Si fidano anche loro, delle recensioni? Peccato, la gestione da parte del personale locale, NON va proprio!

Appena tornati dal coral hills...la struttura e le camere completamente da rifare...a partire dal bagno..sanitari tutti macchiati e addirittura il marmo dove poggia il lavandino completamente rotto (anche pericoloso)...al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bagno sporchissimo non lavato e asciugamani a terra nel corridoio perche perdeva il condizionatore..che dire..terribile..stanze dove venivano fatti solo i letti senza cambiare lenzuola...1 asciugamo max 2 al gg..ed eravamo in 3..lo abbiamo detto piu volte ma nulla....cibo scadende e tt i giorni le stesse cose e inmangiabili..premetto che nn e la prima volta a sharm quindi sapevo a cosa andavo in co tro ..ma mai una cosa del genere....apparte tt questo lo staff..tutti e dico tutti carinissimi e gentilissimi...tornero a sharm ma mai piu in questo hotel

Camera abbastanza pulita ed accogliente. Il trattamento all inclusive più che sufficiente. Il personale non sempre attento. C'è la possibilità di scegliere fra tre spiagge di cui una "Terrazzina" molto ben attrezzata. Una ha il mare con la barriera stupenda, ma si paga 1 euro, si deve fare una bella scalinata e si è praticamente uno sopra l'altro! Rapporto qualità prezzo buonissimo

Das Hotel kann man beim besten Willen nicht als 3 Sterne Hotel bezeichnen. Es gibt jeden Tag das gleich Essen 0 Abweichung. Es gibt Reis und Nudeln JEDEN TAG!!! Sauberkeit gab es fast nicht. Die Möbel waren von vor 30 Jahren. Internet gab es nur in der Lobby nicht in den Räumen obwohl man dafür gezahlt hat. Ab ca. 21 Uhr durfte man nicht mehr in den Pool. Getränke gab es nur vom 10-21 Uhr. Man durfte nichts auf Zimmer mitnehmen oder zum Zimmer kommen lassen. All inclusive kenn ich eigentlich anders. Das Personal ist unfreundlich bis auf 2 Ausnahmen. Der einzige Punkt ist der Preis. Für den Preis ist es in Ordung wenn man auf die o.g. Punkte verzichten kann. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen und würde da auch nicht wieder hin.

struttura moderna e molto accogliente. il personale molto gentile, i camerieri educati e molto disponibili. il cibo era molto buono, con vasta scelta di carne e pesce. il cenone della vigilia di natale è stato molto elaborato e con vasta scelta di tutto. siamo state molto soddisfatte della scelta del resort anche per la disponibilità di navetta per le varie spiaggia quindi una iniziativa per visitare le spiagge più belle del paese

Slitt hotell, dårlig vedlikehold. Røyking tillatt i resepsjonsområdet og i åpen bar/kafe ut mot dette området. Hotellet har et spatilbud som ikke er verdt pengene, eller som ikke er i samsvar med det som blir lovet - styr unna. Elendig vin i all-inclusive. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, god service :)

Отдых понравился! Особенно понравилось питание и бар! На пляж и обратно возили вовремя! Интернет работал хорошо! Единственное пожелание, чтобы пляж Эль Фанара сделали бесплатным!

Günstiges Hotel das meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Da wenige Gäste da waren, war die Auswahl bei den Mahlzeiten gering, aber OK. Das Hotel ist sauber mit schönen Pools. Zu verschiedenen Stränden werden mehrmals täglich Transfers zu Stränden angeboten. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer ein günstiges Hotel mit all-inclusive Angebot sucht und mit der Lage (nicht am Strand, ruhige Umgebung) zufrieden ist, ist hier nicht falsch.
