Wonderful Hotel made so due to the friendly attentive staff and professional hard working animation team. Even during renovations the gardening team are keeping all areas neat and tidy. Would certainly recommend Magic World to anyone wishing to have a happy stressfree holiday.

The Hotel, staff, food and environment is excellent. A great place to relax and unwind. I stay here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The only one thing that could make the hotel even better would be to modernise which it currently is doing, Every room is spacious and clean, and all the facilities are superb.

Wonderful Hotel with the most amazing staff from Managers down to cleaners. Huge choice of food and the animation team the best in the world. Their shows in the amphitheatre are equally as good as the top London events. Only downside is the long walk to the open sea and so-so snorkelling. Excellent value for money.

NO WIFI OUTDATED ROOMS
This hotel DOES NOT have WiFi throughout the hotel. Infact it has no WiFi in the rooms and only in reception and parts of the lobby. This is ridiculous because it advertises as WiFi throughout the hotel so it’s false advertising. I booked a premium room with pool view. My room was terracotta colour not white as advertised and in room 12301 a massive palm tree was blocking the pool view. do no stay here!!

We have provided you with a room as per your booking - Superior Pool View Queen Room. The color of the walls in the room is white as we don't have rooms with a different wall color. As for the palm tree, indeed, it is present there but without blocking the pool. And we do not seem to find records that our staff had been made aware of your dissatisfaction with the room view; naturally, we would have changed you to another room.Please accept our sincerest apologies for the difficulties you had with our Wifi service. This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. Thank you, Mohamed Hefny, Marawan Tarek and the rest of the team for making my stay comfortable. Entertainment team is working tirelessly to make the leisure pleasant and fun. Huge thanks to Lucas, Artiem, Masha, Vlad, Uliana, Dasha, Ksusha, Aliona, Max and Sasha. You guys are amazing! The only challenge I had is the Wi-Fi. It was a little week in my room. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

We had a great time, pampered to the max by dedicated staff members. Check in was smooth, rooms spacious, pools are great and not over crowded. The restaurant chefs are v professional and plenty of vanities are always present. The animation team is interactive. Seif from the animation team, Yahia and Belal are saying “c ya soon” 👍

I suppose that's what you should expect from a hotel in this area during a low season, the staff outnumbers the guests by a ratio of 3:1 or 5:1. That alone makes the waiters come to you every minute during your dinner checking if everything is fine in hopes for a tip. The special dinners were actually very good, though the regular meal options could be a bit better. Other than that, it was fine

Gemütlicher Urlaub, freundliches Personal, leider die ein oder andere Baustelle auf dem Gelände. Der Strand zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Zimmer war sauber, aber der Abfluss in der Dusche hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert.

Le personnel a été aux petits soins. Vraiment je tiens à commencer par cela car ils ont tous été exceptionnel. De l’agent de entretien au serveur au réceptionniste et aux personnels de piscine et bar, vraiment chapeau pour le professionnalisme, la bienveillance. L’hôtel se rénove, donc je ne vais pas m’étaler sur certains points qui sont au cours de rénovation comme les chambres. L’animation est plutôt sympa mais je pense qu’il y a tellement de touristes russes et italien que les autres se sont un peu délaissé. Autrement vraiment l’hôtel est parfait. La position de l’hôtel aussi est parfaite.

Das Hotel ist toll . Die Umgebung auch toll. Die Restaurant Personal sind hervorragend. Bar Personal im Gegenteil..du wirst am Swimmingpool oder Strand nicht gut bedient wie im Restaurant,die Restaurant Personal sind mege aufmerksam. Das Essen ist vielfältig und sehr gut . Das Brot am Morgen ist nicht so frisch und trocken .

Il personale cordiale e disponibile peccato che in reception nessuno parli una parola di italiano. Il cibo di medio livello ma sempre più o meno lo stesso.. poca variazione. Piscine molto belle. Struttura un po' datata ma confortevole. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Spiaggia non granché ..troppo bassa e scoglioso il fondale fino alla barriera. Barriera molto bella con un'infinità di pesci tipici di Sharm. Cocktail ai bar fatti con molta fretta e poca cura... comunque nel complesso una bella vacanza.

Kış Ayı İçin Güzel Tatil :)
Odalar biraz eski ama büyük ve kullanışlı, balkon ve bahçe güzel, kahvaltı ve öğle yemeği yeterli, personeller güler yüzlü fakat akşam yemekleri vasat ve tekrarlıyor, genel olarak Türkiye 5 derece iken, burada 25 derecede denize girmek çok keyifli, tabii yüzde 30 rüzgarsız günde.
