You can’t do much better then here

I booked this spot thinking it was a hotel and it was actually a resort so that was a pleasant surprise. The room I ended up with was absolutely beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I can’t recommend this spot enough for what the value is for your dollar.

This property was excellent, the staff was very nice. Beach was clean and had good service. Activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving was offered on site. Walking distance to Naema Bay. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

I booked this resort for me and my mom for a week and it was one of the best holidays we've been to! The staff were brilliant, Mahmoud and Ali (lifeguards), Adam and Tamer (divers), Yousef from the lounge and Ahmed from housekeeping just to name a few. They were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The bathroom was a little old but we rarely spent time in our room so it didn't bother us at all. There was always something to do that we found we didn't have enough time in the day to do everything. We will definitely book another holiday at this resort with the rest of the family!

Loved Our Stay

The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Abu Bakr for helping us with our stay.

Good hotel with beautiful house reef for snorkelling and diving. Staff at hotel diving centre were not helpful and rude, we had much better experiences at different hotels in the region. The hotel also organises foam parties in the afternoon at the beach and many people wash themselves off on the sea afterwards - with detrimental effects on the corals. Shocking and unresponsible, you would at least expect the staff to tell participants to use showers. The hotel beach bar also uses only single plastics, a huge amount of waste being generated whilst priding itself with having a precious coral reef, is highly contradictory to me. Other resprts in the area use hard plastic reusable glasses for drinks. From a sustainability perspective, Park Regency has to learn a lot. I would not support this hotel in the future.

Stay away from this resort!!! The food was horrible and from the first day my wife started to feel ill, after 2 days she developed acute gastritis and after 4 days we were forced to return home, giving up the holiday and finding ourselves forced to take a flight at the last moment. In addition to all the money spent on the holiday (the Park Regency Resort really isn't worth that money) we also had to spend a lot of it to return home, so we requested a refund from the travel insurance to try to recover at least something BUT, when I repeatedly asked the Park Regency Resort with several emails for a document certifying the early checkout, THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. SHAME ON YOU!

Excellent with room to improve

Location was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of our room (Regency Suit) was a bit disappointed - the size was perfectly good but quite dated and dusty, the sliding door of the wardrobe was broken, some parts of the shower were missing, the cover of the main door was fallen apart, the door from bedroom to the balcony was not working properly (not able to open) due to uneven floor level. Buffet food choices were almost the same everyday, for us, it was okay. The food was lovely in the Beach House, Mouhoud (I hope I spell his name right!) He was excellent, he worth a 5-Star! We spent most of our time on the main beach and another day on the private beach for suite/ club members. The team on private beach were very welcoming especially Bahaa and Alaa.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Hashem from the cleaning team – he kept our room spotless every day, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. It really made a difference in our stay and showed the level of care the hotel puts into guest comfort. I’d also like to thank Mohamed at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. He made check-in smooth, answered all our questions patiently, and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. Last but not least, a big thank you to all the buffet staff – every meal was delicious, and the service was always kind, professional, and attentive. They kept everything fresh, clean, and well-stocked, even during busy hours. This hotel truly stands out because of its amazing staff. I look forward to coming back again soon!

We traveled as a group of 8. Do not get your transport through your hotel, way way overpriced for a 15 minute drive. The hotel accommodated our rooms accordingly which was great. The buffet isn't the best. Hours for dining and drinking are limited, you cant just sit around and order a drink. The rooms are quite nice as this was The Hyatt once, but the property really needs some updating and better upkeep. The personal is great as it is pretty much everywhere you go in Sharm, people are truly very warm, welcoming, charming and very helpful. The General Manager as well as the day and night time Front Desk Managers were truly the best. We will probably go back remembering how they made some things easier for us. Thanks so much!! I have to also say that their beach is very underrated as it is WONDERFUL! Take everything into account and still consider going to the Park Regency! We certainly made the best of memories there!

깨끗한 시설을 원한다면 다른 곳으로

침대 안에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다. 숙소는 전반적으로 오래되어 부식되고 나무들은 많이 삭아있었습니다. 서비스는 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 요구에 빠르게 응답해주었습니다. 수영장은 크고 깨끗하지만 따뜻한 온수풀은 없어서 추웠습니다. 시내로 가는 택시는 $10을 요구했지만 인드라이브 어플을 사용하는것을 추천합니다. 4분의1값에 편도로 다녀왔습니다. 호텔은 공항으로의 셔틀교통을 제공합니다. 하루 전에 신청하는걸 추천합니다.
